Welcome to Grocery 24.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Grocery 24 mobile application ("App") and related services operated by NF Services ("we", "us", or "our").

Grocery 24 allows users to browse grocery products, place orders, and receive grocery delivery or pickup services where available.

By accessing or using Grocery 24, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Grocery 24, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using Grocery 24 on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.

2. Eligibility

You must provide accurate information when creating an account or placing an order.

Grocery 24 is not intended for children under the age of 13. By using the App, you represent that you meet the applicable minimum age requirement.

If applicable law in your location requires a higher minimum age to enter into an agreement or make purchases, that requirement will apply.

3. User Accounts

Certain features of Grocery 24 may require you to create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.

  • Keep your account information up to date.

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • Take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to your account.

  • Notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

  • Use your account only for lawful purposes.

You are responsible for activities carried out through your account unless the activity resulted from circumstances outside your reasonable control.

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict accounts where we reasonably believe there has been unauthorized use, fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

4. Services

Grocery 24 may provide features including:

  • Browsing grocery products

  • Viewing product information

  • Adding products to a shopping cart

  • Placing grocery orders

  • Selecting available delivery or pickup options

  • Receiving order updates

  • Viewing order history

  • Receiving applicable offers and promotions

  • Contacting customer support

Availability of products, delivery, pickup, and other services may vary depending on location, store availability, operating hours, inventory, and other circumstances.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service at any time.

5. Products and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product information, including product names, descriptions, images, prices, and availability.

However:

  • Product images may differ from the actual product or packaging.

  • Product availability may change without notice.

  • Products may become unavailable after an order is placed.

  • Product information may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies.

  • Equivalent or replacement products may be subject to the applicable store's policies and customer approval where required.

If an ordered product becomes unavailable, the participating grocery store or fulfillment provider may contact you regarding available alternatives, cancellation, or refund options.

6. Prices and Taxes

Product prices displayed through Grocery 24 may be shown in Canadian Dollars (CAD) where applicable.

Prices may change at any time before an order is confirmed.

The final price applicable to your order will be displayed before you complete the purchase, subject to applicable taxes, delivery charges, service fees, discounts, or other applicable charges.

Promotional prices and discounts may be subject to additional terms, eligibility requirements, availability, and expiry dates.

7. Orders

When you place an order through Grocery 24, you are submitting a request to purchase the selected products.

An order may be considered accepted only after confirmation through the App or by the participating grocery store, as applicable.

We or the participating grocery store may cancel or modify an order in circumstances including:

  • Product unavailability

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Payment problems

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity

  • Delivery limitations

  • Store closure or operating restrictions

  • Circumstances beyond reasonable control

If an order is cancelled after payment has been made, any applicable refund will be handled in accordance with the applicable refund policy.

8. Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers.

You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information where required.

We do not generally store complete payment card credentials on our servers. Payment information may be handled directly by the applicable payment service provider in accordance with its own terms and privacy practices.

We are not responsible for interruptions, errors, or failures caused by third-party payment processors, banks, card networks, or other financial service providers, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

9. Delivery and Pickup

Where available, Grocery 24 may offer home delivery or store pickup.

Delivery times displayed through the App are estimates and may be affected by:

  • Order volume

  • Product availability

  • Weather

  • Traffic

  • Store operating conditions

  • Delivery partner availability

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information

  • Other circumstances beyond reasonable control

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address and contact information.

If you select pickup, you are responsible for collecting your order within the applicable pickup period communicated by the store.

10. Order Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation availability may depend on the status of your order.

Once an order has been prepared, dispatched, or otherwise processed, cancellation may no longer be available or may be subject to applicable store policies.

Where a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will generally be processed through the original payment method where technically and legally possible.

  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

  • Certain charges may be non-refundable where permitted by applicable law and disclosed at the time of purchase.

Any product-specific refund, replacement, or cancellation rights will be handled in accordance with the applicable store policy and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Promotions and Offers

Grocery 24 may provide promotional offers, discounts, coupons, or other special offers.

Promotions may:

  • Have specific eligibility requirements.

  • Have an expiration date.

  • Be limited to certain products or customers.

  • Be subject to quantity or availability restrictions.

  • Be withdrawn or modified where permitted by applicable law.

Additional terms may apply to individual promotions.

12. User Responsibilities

You agree to use Grocery 24 responsibly and lawfully.

You must not:

  • Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

  • Use the App for unlawful purposes.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the App.

  • Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code.

  • Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the App.

  • Use another person's account without authorization.

  • Engage in fraudulent transactions.

  • Abuse promotional offers or discounts.

  • Use automated systems to access or manipulate the App without authorization.

  • Use the App in a manner that could harm other users, merchants, delivery personnel, or our systems.

We may take appropriate action where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

13. Intellectual Property

Grocery 24 and its associated content, including, where applicable:

  • App design

  • Logos

  • Branding

  • Text

  • Graphics

  • Images

  • Software

  • Interface elements

  • Other original content

are owned by or licensed to NF Services or the applicable rights holder and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the App for its intended personal and lawful purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, or commercially exploit our intellectual property without prior written permission, except where such use is permitted by applicable law.

14. Third-Party Services

Grocery 24 may rely on third-party services such as:

  • Payment providers

  • Delivery services

  • Cloud infrastructure

  • Analytics services

  • Notification services

  • Mapping or location services

  • Other technology providers

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the independent policies or practices of third-party services, except to the extent required by applicable law.

15. Privacy

Your use of Grocery 24 is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information.

16. Service Availability

We aim to keep Grocery 24 available and functioning reliably, but we do not guarantee that the App or any particular feature will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

The App may occasionally be unavailable due to:

  • Maintenance

  • Technical issues

  • Updates

  • Network problems

  • Security incidents

  • Third-party service interruptions

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NF Services will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App or services.

This may include losses resulting from:

  • Temporary service interruptions

  • Third-party service failures

  • Delivery delays

  • Product availability issues

  • Network or connectivity problems

  • Unauthorized access caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law, including applicable consumer protection rights.

18. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, liabilities, or reasonable expenses arising from your misuse of Grocery 24, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable laws or the rights of another person.

This section applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

19. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to Grocery 24 if we reasonably believe that:

  • You have violated these Terms.

  • Your account is being used fraudulently.

  • Your activity creates a security risk.

  • Your activity may harm other users or our services.

  • Required by law or a lawful authority.

You may stop using Grocery 24 at any time.

Termination or deletion of an account does not automatically remove obligations or rights that arose before termination, including applicable payment, transaction, legal, or dispute-related obligations.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to:

  • Our services

  • App functionality

  • Business practices

  • Legal requirements

  • Security requirements

When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the beginning of these Terms.

Your continued use of Grocery 24 after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the relationship between NF Services, the participating grocery store, and the user, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable to the user.

Where applicable, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts or dispute-resolution mechanisms.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.
