This Account & Data Deletion Policy explains how users of the Grocery 24 mobile application can request the deletion of their account and associated personal information.
Grocery 24 is operated by NF Services.
1. Requesting Account Deletion
Users can request deletion of their Grocery 24 account and associated personal information at any time.

To help us identify your account, please provide the following information in your request:

2. What Information Will Be Deleted?
Upon verification and processing of an account deletion request, we will delete or anonymize personal information associated with the user's account, where reasonably possible.

3. Order and Transaction Information
Some information related to previous orders, payments, refunds, invoices, or transactions may need to be retained for a limited period where required for:

Where such information is required to be retained, it will be securely stored and will not be used for unnecessary purposes.

4. Data Deletion Timeline
We will review and process verified account deletion requests within a reasonable period.
In general, account deletion will be completed within 30 days of receiving and verifying the request, unless certain information must be retained for legal, regulatory, security, or legitimate business purposes.
If additional time is required, we will communicate the reason to the user where appropriate.
5. What Happens After Account Deletion?
Once the deletion request has been completed:
Your Grocery 24 account will no longer be accessible.
Personal information associated with your account will be deleted or anonymized where applicable.
You may no longer be able to access your previous account information or order history through the application.
Any information that we are legally required to retain will be securely retained for the applicable period.
Deletion of your account does not automatically cancel or reverse transactions that have already been completed.
If you wish to use Grocery 24 again after account deletion, you may need to create a new account.
